TI's North Texas Phase 1 Tops $2B, New Project Total Estimated $30B
Dallas-based Texas Instruments (Nasdaq: TI) broke ground on their new fabrication plant one year ago, May 2022. According to construction documents recently filed with the state, the first phase of TI's semiconductor manufacturing campus now has an estimated cost that exceeds $2.2 billion for the initial 4 million square feet.

TI's new North Texas expansion project is set to create about 4,000 new jobs, generating billions of dollars for the Grayson County economy.
